Making space for
what matters.
Our client needed a workplace that could switch from concentrated production to open studio reviews, with a small public-facing exhibition space. The budget demanded clarity.
We left the brick shell visible, inserted an independent timber-lined meeting room and gave every utility a home. Services run along a precise ceiling datum; the floor remains open to future uses. Throughout construction our architecture and build teams worked as one.

Exposed brick, blackened steel, oak veneer and brass hardware give the space a readable material hierarchy. The result is calm enough to work and robust enough to change.
“They listened closely, then found a way to make the place feel like it had always wanted to be this way.”— Project client, Islington, London
