We begin with the site and the realities of the brief: the light, the neighbours, the budget and the daily routines a building has to support. From feasibility through planning and technical documentation, decisions are made with construction in mind.

We explore proportion and movement before an aesthetic is set. As the drawings develop we test cost and material availability with our construction team, making detail a design tool rather than an afterthought.

02 / INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

Where material, function and feeling meet.

Interiors should be understood in the same breath as the architecture. We design rooms around real use, from a window seat at the right hour to joinery that takes the clutter of everyday living in its stride.

Our interior work covers spatial planning, integrated kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, finishes and bespoke pieces. We make samples, discuss maintenance and resolve junctions before work starts on site.

Design is only as strong as the care taken to construct it. Our integrated model keeps architects, makers and site teams in conversation through every phase — and makes accountability unmistakable.

We help build the programme and budget early, coordinate trades and resolve details in place. Clients have one team to call, clear reporting and an honest view of risks and decisions.

04 / RENOVATION & EXTENSION

A good extension should change the life of a house without pretending it was always there. We work with existing fabric, respecting its quirks and using them as a starting point.

From listed-building sensitivities to tricky access and occupied sites, we use careful surveys, robust drawings and plain-spoken project management to make complex works easier to navigate.

FEES, WITHOUT THE MYSTERY

How we charge.

Every appointment starts with an initial conversation and a written outline of scope. For full architectural appointments, fees are usually a percentage of expected construction cost, agreed at the outset and paid in stages.

Smaller feasibility studies and defined interiors commissions can be fixed-fee. Specialist advice and additional services are quoted at transparent hourly rates. We explain exclusions before you approve anything.
