lived in.
Architecture, interiors and construction made to belong — to a place, to a material, and to the people who call it theirs.

We believe good architecture is felt before it is noticed. In the morning light across a wall. In the grain of timber beneath a hand. In the way a room makes space for life.

Drawn. Detailed. Built.
Architecture
Plans with purpose. Spatial ideas made precise enough to build, generous enough to live with.
Our services ↗Interior architecture
The part you live closest to. Joinery, surfaces, light and daily routines, all resolved together.
Our services ↗Design-build
One team, one conversation. We carry design thinking through procurement, site work and handover.
